P5 TRIO Training

Dr. Fernandez is currently the Interim Director of Matriculation and EOPS/CARE and helps oversee the TRIO programs at Woodland Community College. Prior she has over 20 years working with SSS, SSS-ESL, Talent Search and Upward Bound both at the four-year and the community college. Her expertise includes law and regulations, program management, recruitment, site reviews, coaching and data management

She is the CEO of CMF Consulting and Educational Services that provides team building/professional development, grant writing and consulting to first time directors.

Dr. Fernandez enjoys the outdoors, traveling and trying new foods/restaurants which she is an part of the Yelp Elite crew.  She spending time with her family, friends and her puppies, Bentley and Cooper.
